I am so happy to write this testimonial for your company! Everything that will follow is true. I am one of the customers that has a geothermal system in my home. The system is about eight years old. My story in brief: The company that installed the system was from Milton, VT. They were extremely reliable and had to make some adjustments in the early days after the install. The system was flawless and there were years when the backup oil system never went on. At one point, my 6600 square foot home did not use one tank of oil in three years! Then the problem! The system broke, the company that installed it was sold. The new company would not service Addison County! I asked the owner for a referral...nothing! I called my plumber that serviced my oil burner...they wouldn't work on geothermal! I just called and called and called....nothing! No one would work on the system, didn't know the system, didn't like the system...nothing! For nine months my system was down! No heat in the winter, no a/c in the summer! One frustrating day I called Chris Monguer, a fellow biker friend and customer of mine! I asked Chris if he could/would come to the house and look at the unit. Two days later, he and the kid show up and BOOM!!! In less than three hours, he had the system up and running!!! He calls me and says, "We got you up and running Buddy!" Through my joyous tears he explains what he has done and what it needs to make it perfect, and the rest is history! The big man knows his stuff!!! and it has run the bomb ever since!
