The Dream Team Behind the Scenes

At the core of our company is a dedicated, highly skilled team led by Chris Mongeur, who brings over 35 years of hands-on HVAC, plumbing and building experience. His leadership sets the standard for the entire crew - built on knowledge, integrity and doing the job right the first time.

 

Leading our technicians is our foreman, Christopher Mongeur, a certified technician who has completed his apprenticeship and is on his way to becoming a master plumber.

 

Cohen Sheldrick has worked part-time for CRM for over three years. During that time, he completed the second year in the apprenticeship program (with very impressive testing scores) and is set to graduate high school in June of 2026.

 

Caleb Foster, has worked for the company for nearly two years, he is a first-year apprentice and 2025 graduate. His strong work ethic and dedication make him a valuable member of our team.
